Join Madata as an IT Local Support Specialist, where you’ll be key in solving technical challenges and supporting our team’s success.

👤 Job Summary:

The Local IT Support maintains a customer-service oriented atmosphere for assigned regions, which includes prompt response, effective communication, and delivery of solutions for issues reported.  Must have experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and equipment tracking/inventory

 

🤝 Technical skills:

  • PC repair
  • Troubleshooting/establishing Citrix server connections
  • Experience with client, server, network service delivery and MFP printers.
  • Networking service concepts such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP
  • Windows 10/11 and MS Office suite, collaboration tools such as MS Teams/WebEx/Zoom, Web browsers (Edge/IE, FireFox/Crome)
  • Experience with mobile devices running Android and iOS
  • Troubleshooting of network and Wi-Fi related issues , along with WAN/VPN, internet connectivity diagnostics.
  • Installation and configuration of computers in a Windows network environment
  • Machine Health Management (MHM)
  • Service Desk, security network and Server Admin Teams
  • Experience in service desk phone calls
  • Knowledgeable in Computer inventory

✅Requirements to apply:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred, or 3+ years related job experience.
  • English
  • Availability to travel 10%-40% of time within a region
  • Living close or willing to relocate to  Three Forks, Montana
