Business Developer
We are looking for a Business Developer with strategic vision and focus
on results to drive Growth at Madata.
🚀What will be your mission?
The Business Developer will work closely with other members of Madata, including fellow Business Developers, the Marketing team, pre-sales from each business line, the delivery team, and management.

Develop business opportunities related to SAP (Business One, S/4HANA, conversions).

Ability to articulate the company’s service offerings and identify and qualify business opportunities for Madata.

Meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas within the assigned territory.
-
Collaborate with the BD Manager to develop the sales strategy for the territory.
-
Execute the sales strategy within the assigned territory.
-
Conduct outreach to C-level and VP-level prospects to identify and qualify opportunities.
-
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities. While Marketing supports lead generation, it is ultimately the Business Developer’s responsibility to prospect and requalify leads.

Manage the end-to-end sales process, keeping the CRM system (HubSpot) updated with accurate client and deal information. Log daily progress in HubSpot.

Provide accurate deal probabilities, forecasting, and revenue generation estimates.

Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
What you need to apply:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

2+ years of experience in IT services or hardware sales, including SAP B1, SAP S/4HANA, or market development.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Knowledge of HubSpot CRM.

Familiarity with SAP solutions in their various versions.

Project Manager
In charge of project management for different Madata clients, based on PMBOK or AGILE using SCRUM.
🚀What will be your mission?
- By planning, executing, monitoring and controlling those projects.
- Maintaining close communication with project stakeholders.
- Project budget management, you are responsible for identifying which methodology is ideal for the execution and follow-up of assigned projects.
- Understanding the client's processes to guide the team appropriately in each project.
- Process mapping.
What you need to apply:
- Grade: Bachelor's degree, systems or industrial engineering desirable (not limited).
- Areas of expertise: Project Management, PMBOK and Agile Methodologies (SCRUM).
- Time of Experience: 2-4 years

Business Developer

Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities in coordination with the marketing team, which supports lead generation efforts. Ultimately, it is the Business Developer’s responsibility to prospect and requalify leads.

Document daily progress in the CRM and provide accurate deal probability, sales forecasts, and revenue projections.

We are looking for a Python Developer to work on specific, predefined functions in Python 2.7.
🚀 Technical Skills:
- Python 2.7, Django, Angular.
Proficiency in Python 2.7 (mandatory).
Proven experience with Django.
Knowledge of Angular (preferably AngularJS)
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of ORMs.
Experience in backend development and consumption of external services.
