This year, 2021, has been another year marked by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, with the aggravating factor that negative effects are beginning to be seen on businesses with inflation levels in the region seen more than 20 years ago in Mexico and more than 40 years ago. in USA. Also, we have suffered the impact of shortages of electronic components, especially microchips.
Our work team is growing in response to our growth plan defined in our strategic plan for 2022 to 2025.
Indeed, among some of the many changes made, I can mention:
- We recruit talent wherever you are. We have turned to remote talent coming from other states in Mexico and other Latin American countries.
- We move forward with a strategic alliance and investing in the company KINNIL to provide Industry 4.0 services
- The decision to make Madata Labs independent and give it its own entity as a new Business Unit aimed at both current and external partners.
- Certification of a team of 13 people in Revenue Management, focusing the entire organization's efforts toward achieving service quality and customer loyalty objectives.
- Modification of the entire management structure responding to the Revenue Management strategy.
- 2022 growth objectives +40% in sales compared to 2021.
- Create Madata's internal marketing department to provide services to all our business lines, clients, and ecosystems.
- Start of the corporate acceleration program, with the registration of more than 250 startups from all over Latin America. As a result, we have invested in two companies: Sensegrass (from Chile) and Parsii (from Argentina).
- Designation of a Key Account Manager for each of our clients so that they can be very close to their needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Very valuable certifications from the Service Desk Institute (SDI) and ISO certification.
